Who are my Clients?

At Creative Food and Nutrition Consultancy Ltd, I assist suppliers in the food industry who supply major retailers or food service sector, offering bespoke recipe development to meet a specific nutritional brief. My services are also extended to the restaurant & tea room industry, who are looking to widen their menu offerings, on a seasonal basis to fit a nutritional brief i.e. Low Fat or Less than 500 calories.

Career Highlights

"From developing chilled filled pasta for suppliers of major retailers such as Waitrose and Tesco, to winning British Prawn Sandwich Designer 2006, and developing the first ever filled wrap for a supplier who produced products for Costa Coffee has given me vast product development experience in the chilled food industry.

I have also created new items on a varied menu for McDonald's at their head office in London as a Development Consultant, and then progressed into the more technical sector of food supplements for Seven Seas, where a range of new and exciting food supplement capsules with proven clinical evidence was launched. These roles have given me experience in nutritional calculations, food & food supplement development and project management to name a few key areas."

Seven Seas Ltd.

I worked as an NPD Project Manager within the R&D function. I was responsible for project delivery of half of the Seven Seas UK and International product development portfolio. This involved working with marketing colleagues to drive multifunctional teams to launch and maintain a wide spectrum of food supplement products. I led an NPD project to launch a 4 SKU "Beauty from Within" range of food supplements sold exclusively in a major high-street retailer. This launched on time and met all other project KPIs.
